Fitness Consultations

With all of the services that I offer, there is a free consultation and it can last from 30 minutes to an hour and this gives me an opportunity to learn more about your health and physical activity level. We will discuss topics such as your personal history, where you grew up, your current place of employment and what hobbies you enjoy to do in your spare time. We will also discuss things about your diet, your training, your lifestyle, and anything else which emerges from our discussion. Also before you begin any type of physical activity you must fill out four forms and you can find these forms when you click on "Helpful Forms" and make sure to bring these forms with you when we have our consultation.    

Weight Loss

I work with clients who want to lose weight, shed some bodyfat and more importantly become healthy. With this program, I will provide meal plans, workouts, goals, and most importantly accountability. For potential clients who are overweight and want to change, don't feel ashamed and deal with the embarrassment of working out in a gym.  I offer a warm, welcome, and safe environment which is your home and remember that we are a team and that we are in this together. If you stick with my guidance you will succeed and get the results that you are looking for.  

Strength and Conditioning

I will help my clients improve their athletic performance such as improving strength, endurance, speed, and power. I will provide proper lifting techniques to avoid injury and I will supervise and motivate clients as they work out and assess their performance before and after their workout.

Youth Fitness

The benefits of learning good nutrition and a strong workout ethic at a young age can follow them the rest of their lives. I love children and I am committed to change the way children look at a healthy lifestyle. By making a child's workout simple and fun, I will show them that they can do it.

Actors, Models, and Athletes

I specialize in working with basketball, football, soccer, track and field, and cross country athletes. If you are an actor or model preparing for an important role or photo shoot? I can customize a program for you.

Online Personal Training

The great thing about online personal training is that you will be investing a significant amount less and it is equivalent to an onsite single package of 16 hourly sessions that is normally $424.00. You would only be getting all of this for only $175.00 a month. Not bad, huh? There are four different rates ranging from $125.00-$200.00 and you will receive all of the benefits of a non-online client who is paying more. The way the process works is that we will have a free consultation via skype, telephone, or through email to discuss your current level of fitness and also your fitness goals that you want to accomplish. After that, I will create a customized fitness program and meal plan that is tailored towards you. During your transformation process, I will be checking with you on a weekly basis to ensure your workouts are going well and also to ensure that you are on the right path with your meal plan that I designed for you.
